Apartments
The quoted prices refer to the minimal occupancy rate per apartment and night. Supplement for each additional person: € 28.00 per night. / Short Stay until 4 nights € 25.00
End of stay cleaning:
For apartment stays of less than 4 nights, an end-of-stay cleaning charge of € 40.00 - € 70.00 is payable, depending on the size of the apartment. For stays of 4 nights or more no cleaning charges are incurred.
Bed and breakfast
The prices are quoted per person and night. For stays of less than 4 nights, an additional supplement of € 5.00 per person and night is charged.
