Stroking, cuddling and brushing the ponies and, best of all, sitting on their backs for a ride through the beautiful meadows of Au-Schoppernau: it’s enough to make any child’s heart beat faster!
Our manege is geared to acquiring all the correct techniques: ride on the longe and learn to walk, trot and gallop.
Older children and those experienced in horse-riding can ride our Haflinger mare Tema - on the hotel’s own riding circuit if they wish.
Our riding facilities are available in summer exclusively for guests of the Schrannenhof and Hotel Elisabeth. We charge € 15.00 per half hour. Times are available on request from Viktor Zündel.
