We attach great importance to the use of local produce, sourced mainly from our own farm and others in the vicinity: natural or fruit yoghurt, fresh milk from our own cows; home-made muesli and curd cheese spread; butter from Schoppernau alpine dairy; a selection of speciality sausages and cheeses; eggs from Henriette and her friends and lots of other tasty treats…
