Franz Michael Felder Museum Schoppernau
This museum is dedicated to Vorarlberg’s best-known writer and poet of the 19th century. The exhibition illustrates Franz Michael Felder’s life and work by means of quotations, pictures and texts. Sound and lighting effects form the central elements of the exhibition’s design.

Museum of Baroque Architecture Au
What is the connection between such renowned Baroque buildings as the pilgrimage church in Birnau (D), the abbey church of Ebersmünster (F/Alsace), the monastery churches of St. Gallen (CH) and Einsiedeln (CH) with the village of Au in the Bregenzerwald? Answer: these architectural masterpieces – and some 800 others besides – were all planned and built by master builders and craftsmen from Au and the Bregenzerwald. The story of the extraordinary “Auer Guild” was the inspiration that brought the new Museum of Baroque Architecture to life.
